Annabelle is a leading voice on diversity and inclusion and is creating a movement to change peoples perceptions about their own limitations.

Annabelle captained the Australian Paralympic Swim Team and managed to balance her sporting career with a highly successful and demanding corporate career as an attorney. Annabelle competed in two Paralympic Games, broke five world records and won numerous medals for Australia, including gold at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

Annabelle was an M&A attorney at top-tier law firm, Allens Linklaters, and in-house counsel for the Australian Olympic Committee. She is a strong advocate for the rights of athletes and, at the age of 24, was awarded with the prestigious Medal of the Order of Australia for her service to sport. Annabelle is Vice President of the Board of Paralympics Australia, Director of Swimming Australia, Chair of the Paralympics Australia Athletes’ Commission and a Member of the Australian National Sports Tribunal. Annabelle is also a Member of the World Athletics Disciplinary Tribunal and recently graduated from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where she delivered the Valedictory Address. She is also a TV Sports Broadcaster and recently anchored the Network Seven broadcast of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games.
