Kate comes from a strong and varied health services background and has held senior management and executive roles in acute hospitals and community health services, holding positions overseeing nursing, medical and allied health service delivery programs, with a special interest in improving clinical outcomes, clinical governence and workforce redesign. Her work in developing a clinical variance analysis model for acute health services, has been nationally recognised.
