Since losing her sight later in life, Annette has found meaning and purpose as an advocate for people living with disability and through volunteering. Accompanied by her beloved guide dog, Annette uses lived experience to inform audiences and help create impactful change.

Annette appears on bus shelters and 'the back of a bus' waving a Formula 1 flag as part of a State Government multi-media inclusion campaign in SA.
