Brianna leads AHA’s operations and customer support, from enquiry through to all stages of tenancy. She has more than a decade of experience in the disability sector, including running state-wide SIL programs in mixed housing models, and creating intake processes and systems to ensure best-practice approaches in tenancy-matching for supported accommodation.
