Theratrak is an innovative, multidisciplinary platform that enables therapists to create and track custom therapy programs with participants. It leverages behavioural science, peer-to-peer mentoring and positive psychology to boost engagement in therapy programs. Features such as gamification and real-time updates keep participants connected with their therapists, while reward systems motivate them to stay involved. Integration with case management systems enhances documentation efficiency and in development is a real-time NDIS reporting tool to track participant progress.

Theratrak prioritises user experience and is accessible on all devices with enterprise-grade encryption for data security. Participants receive comprehensive support, from onboarding to app usage training. The platform is also equipped with accessibility features for individuals with low vision, enabling both therapists and participants to use the app seamlessly.
