Starting with holistic assessments to understand an individual's physical, emotional and cognitive strengths and needs, personalised care plans are developed to maximise abilities and set achievable goals.
Staff wear casual clothes instead of uniforms to create a relaxed atmosphere with meals shared around a common table, promoting social interaction. Personalised care and thoughtful engagement help participants to thrive and form strong connections with housemates and become a true home.
