Sam Boag founded I Can Jump Puddles (ICJP) in 2017 to assist participants to navigate the NDIS. Over the past seven years, ICJP has grown to offer a large range of services, supports and allied health services, supporting over 1000 clients, with 80 dedicated staff members across South Australia and Tasmania.
Sam exemplifies excellence through her relentless innovation and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients, guided by ICJP's person-centred approach and core practice principles, the 3 E's: our clients are the Experts in their lives, we Empower them and their support networks and we Encourage with the skills and strategies needed for success in their everyday lives.
Among Sam's proudest achievements is supporting a client with Cerebral Palsy to find housing, which led to work in a meaningful role and the client now being an advocate for accessible communication. Sam has been actively influencing the direction of foundational supports and improvements within the sector, ensuring that our approach remains participant-centred and impactful.
