Hotel Etico provides trainees with open employment from day one, offering full award wages as they work alongside hospitality professionals. They are front and centre of the Etico service experience and are fully integrated in business operations.
The two-year program includes a 12-month, fully immersive experience living onsite in the Academy of Independence. Here, trainees learn hospitality skills on the job in all areas of the business, including reception, housekeeping, kitchen, bar and restaurant services whilst also developing independent living skills. Formal training certifications are provided through a registered training organisation partner.
